Drawing in general:
When entering numbers numerically, both a comma and a point can be used as a decimal separator.

If two points or objects are in a geometrically identical position, a selection of all objects at this position can be displayed for clear selection with the '+' key (magnifying glass function). Simply click on the name in the list to select it.
If the object is to be moved interactively, you can also click on the name from the list, hold down the mouse and move the object or point accordingly.
The cursor keys can also be used to move the selected objects.

Grid width 0.0 creates a shift of 1mm each time.

A double click on an object in the graphic selects it and scrolls the tree to the position of the object.
If the object is a member of a group, the group is automatically expanded in the tree. The object is shown underlined and is the new "attachment point" in the tree (new objects are attached here)

Rounding or creating chamfers or undercuts differs between simple drawing objects and contours / outlines.
With normal rounding, two objects are rounded to each other; both objects must be clicked on one after the other at the position
in which the fillet should show afterwards.
When rounding a contour or outline, only the corner to be rounded is clicked (once), the direction is determined automatically

Boolean operations:
Use the outline search to convert figures such as rectangles, hexagons etc., this is the fastest way.
This also works if the figure has been reworked (e.g. rounded, a recess trimmed in, etc.).

Closed figures such as rectangles, hexagons or circles can be clicked directly for the Boolean operations,
CADasCAM does the previous conversion into an outline automatically.

The Boolean union and the Boolean blend also work with several outlines at the same time,
if these have been selected beforehand.

G-code generation:
The assignment of objects and contours to a processing (contours with the same processing parameters)
can be done very quickly and flexibly by simply dragging and dropping in the tree.
During the drag, the groups open automatically when you move over the [+] with the mouse button pressed.

If the calculation of a pocket parallel to the path does not generate all parallels, it can help to
change the lateral feed by one of the two hundredths of a mm and try again.
As I said - it can help ...

For milling closed contours (cutting out shapes, machining pockets, etc.)
Whenever possible, use outlines or areas (they also know the material side).
This is the only place where approach and exit arcs and retaining bars can be positioned.

When finishing pocket processing, an approach and departure curve should be set for the pocket side wall,
this avoids the notch when dipping. The approach curve can also enter and exit with a ramp.

The options, G-code settings and tool lists are automatically saved in the installation directory after the program has ended.
This state is automatically reloaded at the next start.
The settings can also be saved individually at any location on the computer and reloaded from there.
For this purpose, there are entries in the corresponding menus "Open ..." and "Save ..."
The files can also be used to exchange settings with other users.
