§1 Scope of Application and Definitions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and a consumer, in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activities (as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code - BGB).

  3. Review of items in the shopping cart
  4. Entering billing information
  5. Selectig payment method
  6. Entering payment information via Mollie
  7. Confirming the order

After the order has been processed, the consumer will receive an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation constitues the acceptance of the offer and the conclusion of the contract.

§3 Prices and Payment

(1) The prices stated in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components, including applicable taxes.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment via the payment service provider Mollie.

We retain all rights to the software, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

(2) The consumer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of the subscription.

(3) The consumer is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the software without our prior written consent.

(4) The consumer is not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

(2) The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
