Installation

The demo version of CADasCAM is available for free on our download page. A license key turns it into the full version.

Requirements

  • Windows 7/8/10/11 (32- or 64-bit)
  • License key (optional)

Steps

  1. Download CADasCAM-Setup-en.msi from the download page.
  2. Run the file and follow the installation wizard.
  3. Launch CADasCAM and enter your license key if you have one.

Download issues

Because CADasCAM comes from a small company, your browser may warn you about an unknown publisher. You can download and install the file anyway.

Microsoft Edge

If Edge flags the file as risky:

  1. Open Downloads (Ctrl + J or the icon in the top-right corner).
  2. Click the three dots (...) next to the file and choose Keep.
  3. On the follow-up warning, click Show more, then Keep anyway.

Google Chrome

If Chrome blocks the file:

  1. Open Downloads (Ctrl + J or the icon in the top-right corner).
  2. Click Show in folder next to the file.
  3. In Explorer, right-click the file and choose Properties.
  4. In the General tab, click Unblock at the bottom, then click OK.
  5. Run the file again to start the installation.
